SHARON STONE ALBUM

ACTRESS Sharon Stone is taking a leaf out of Demi Moore's book and dating a guy half her age.

The 50-year-old, most famous for that leg-cross-flash shot in Basic Instinct, looked smitten with 24-year-old Chase Dreyfuss on a night out in Malibu, California.

ACTRESS Sharon Stone has been refused primary custody of her adopted eight-year-old son because she wanted him to have Botox injections in his feet to cure an odour problem, according to court papers.

A Superior Court judge in the States has accused the Basic Instinct star of 'overreacting' to medical issues involving son Roan.

As well as the Botox idea Sharon, 50, was also convinced Roan had a spinal condition despite there being no evidence of such a problem. The revelations have come in court documents from Sharon's bitter custody battle for Roan with ex-husband Phil Bronstein. (The couple are pictured in happier times)She and Bronstein married on Valentine's Day in 1998 but split after five years. They adopted Roan in 2000.

The court's Tentative Statement of Decision gives details of the battle and has been modified to give newspaper executive Bronstein primary custody of Roan, with Sharon granted visitation one weekend every month.Superior Court Judge Anne-Christine Massullo says: "Mother appears to overreact to many medical issues involving Roan."And also says: "Mother suggested that Roan should have Botox injections in his feet to resolve a problem he had with foot odour.
